After the 2023 Building Simulation Conference in Shanghai, China, Australia took the reins as host of the worldwide Building Simulation Conference for the first time.
The Australasian Affiliate of the International Building Performance Simulation Association (IBPSA Australasia) and the Australian Institute of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heating (AIRAH) were proud to jointly host the Building Simulation 2025 Conference in Brisbane, Australia from 24 to 27 August 2025.
Over four days, delegates from across the globe came together to explore the leading issues that drive the use of building performance simulation in the built environment. The programme focused on the central role simulation plays in achieving net zero energy and carbon — now and into the future — without compromising human health and wellbeing.
