To support diverse working styles in offices, Activity-Based Working (ABW) and Task-Ambient approaches are gaining attention. In these approaches, common spaces are maintained with energy-saving settings, while individual spaces can be adjusted to personal preferences. However, due to fixed settings, there are limitations in providing diverse environments. To address this, it is necessary to increase and strategically arrange the setting conditions. This paper proposes a new system utilizing sensing, clustering, and simulation technologies, presenting case studies and operational results.
