Panel: Building Simulation – Educating the next generation of BPS professionals – What are the gaps?

The goal of this hybrid session is to identify and discuss the gaps in the way we are preparing the next generation of BPS professionals.

University professors will briefly describe how they teach BPS to undergraduate and graduate students. Following this, practitioners will outline the gaps in the knowledge and skills of new employees and propose solutions.

This will be followed by a panel discussion between the practitioners and academics with a goal of reaching a consensus on how we should move collectively forward to improve how we prepare people for this domain.
