In-person presenter guidelines

Slides must be in 16:9 (widescreen) format
Format must be .pptx – no exceptions – BS2025 template for reference
Use a minimum font size of 16pt to ensure readability
Presentation to be submitted via Dropbox no later than August 8
Please follow the NAMING CONVENTION for your PowerPoint PPTX file, which should be: ‘ContributionIDnumber_LastNameOfFirstAuthor_BS2025.PPTX’
Your contribution ID number should be either four (4) or five (5) digits beginning with a one (1). Here is an example, 11231_Smith_BS2025.PPTX

Pre-recorded presenter guidelines

Presentations must be pre-recorded and are strictly limited to 15 minutes in duration
You may use any software to create your recording
Format must be one of .mp4, .mov, .mkv
Slides must be in 16:9 (widescreen) format
Use a minimum font size of 16pt for clear viewing.
Presentation + recording to be submitted via Dropbox no later than August 8

e-Poster guidelines

Authors please prepare high resolution PDF pages in standard 16:9 ratio. e-Posters may only include a single page.
Use any Sans font, minimum font size 16. You may use any software to create your e-Poster and e-Poster presentation, but submissions must be PDF.
There are no restrictions on the use of graphs/diagrams, or font/background colour, but please ensure that any images are of high resolution and readable and that there is enough contrast to read any text clearly on a digital screen.
A BS 2025 logo should be inserted on the right hand bottom corner of the page. Commercial logos are not to be used unless the study has been sponsored, in which case a small and unobtrusive logo is permitted on the left hand bottom corner of the page.
e-Poster to be submitted via Dropbox no later than August 8
